ANDREW'S CHURCH (HEREAFTER "THE CHURCH"), ITS MONUMENTS, FIXTURES, FITTINGS, FURNITURE, STAINED GLASS, ORNAMENTS AND OTHER CHATTELS, ITS CHURCHYARD, AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE CHURCH AS A PLACE OF CHRISTIAN WORSHIP.
