Charitable objects
Proposed Amendments Objects c) To support the prevention and relief of poverty in the West Marsh and surrounding areas but not exclusively. By the provision of emergency food and new-born baby supplies to individuals and families in need. By working in partnership with other local agencies to signpost individuals and to the relevant support to meet their needs. Powers c) Trustees may receive payments or benefits from the Charity in connection with the above objects of the Charity. h) No member of the Management Committee shall acquire any interest in property belonging to the Charity (otherwise then as a trustee for the Charity).
