TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY THE PAYMENT OF BURSARIES OR SCHOLARSHIPS TO NEEDY GIRLS OR BOYS AGED 13 TO 19 YEARS IN THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS TO ENABLE SUCH GIRLS OR BOYS TO REMAIN IN FULL TIME EDUCATION, OR Y SUCH OTHER MEANS CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
