Charitable objects
A) THE FURTHERANCE OF CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH, IN THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA,
PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THOSE INFECTED WITH HIV/AIDS AND OF THOSE DEPENDENT
ON THEM AND THE WIDOWS, CHILDREN AND OTHER DEPENDENTS OF PERSONS WHO HAVE
DIED FROM THE CONSEQUENCES OF SUCH INFECTION, OR WHICH PROMOTE EDUCATION AND
OTHER WORK AIMED TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF HIC/AIDS AND;
B) TO SUPPORT ORGANISATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS PROMOTING THE WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE OF
THE WATERBERG AND;
C) GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE WATERBERG.
