Charitable objects

(A) TO RELIEVE THE SICKNESS AND POVERTY AND THE DISTRESS CAUSED THEREBY OF THOSE AFFECTED BY HIV/AIDS INCLUDING BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION THE PROVISION OF FREE ANTIRETROVIRAL MEDICINES AND SOCIAL SUPPORT TO FAMILIES IN SEETA NAZIGO AND IN SUCH OTHER PARTS OF UGANDA AND THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT; (B) TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN FACILITIES ( WHETHER IN A PURPOSE-BUILT COMMUNITY CENTRE OR OTHERWISE ) FOR THE BENEFIT OF LOCAL COMMUNITIES IN NEED IN SEETA NAZIGO AND IN SUCH OTHER PARTS OF UGANDA AND THE WORLD WHICH FACILITIES MAY INCLUDE A LOCAL CLINIC AND DISPENSARY AND FREE EDUCATION FOR AIDS ORPHANS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF RACE, SEX, POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINION AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID COMMUNITIES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE; (C) TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF BELIEFS IN SEETA NAZIGO AND IN SUCH OTHER PARTS OF UGANDA AND THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT AND OTHER SUCH PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND ARE CONNECTED WITH THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHARITY.
