1. TO PREVENT RE-OFFENDING
2. TO SUPPORT REINTEGRATION AND RESETTLEMENT OF OFFENDERS AND EX-PRISONERS INTO THE COMMUNITY
3. TO PROMOTE FAMILY SUPPORT FOR OFFENDERS AND EX-PRISONERS
4. TO SUPPORT THOSE AT RISK OF EXCLUSION IN THE LABOUR MARKET; AND
5. TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR UNEMPLOYED AND EX-PRISONERS.
