B)PROVIDE, OR ASSIST IN PROVIDING, ADVICE OR ASSISTANCE ON TERMS APPROPRIATE TO THEIR MEANS TO ELDERLY, DISABLED OR CHRONICALLY SICK RESIDENTS WHICH IS SPECIALLY DESIGNED OR ADAPTED TO MEET THE DISABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF SUCH PERSONS. C)RELIEVE POVERTY AMONGST THE RESIDENTS IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT.
