TO RELIEVE, REPRESENT AND SUPPORT THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF DISABILITY OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE IN THE COUNTY OF CARMARTHENSHIRE AND OTHER COUNTIES ACROSS WALES BY PROVIDING ADVOCACY SUPPORT AND TRAINING WHICH WILL ENABLE PEOPLE TO OBTAIN THEIR FULL RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AS CITIZENS.? TO PROMOTE AND ENHANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE LEARNING DISABILITIES THROUGH TRAINING WORKSHOPS AND PROMINENT SOCIAL PRESENCE. TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT THE EMOTIONAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL AND SOCIAL NEEDS OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE LEARNING DISABILITIES
