A THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THROUGH THE COLLECTION, REUSE AND RECYCLING OF HOUSEHOLD AND COMMERCIAL WASTE AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING THE APPEARANCE AND AMENITY OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD B THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY THE RECYCLING AND PROVISION OF SAFE, CLEAN AND AFFORDABLE FURNITURE AND OTHER HOUSEHOLD ITEMS TO PEOPLE ON LOW INCOME C THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT, WORK EXPERIENCE AND VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES D TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THE HOMELESS, SUBSTANCE ABUSERS AND EX-OFFENDERS E TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE LIVING IN CORNWALL BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF: I ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS II ADVANCING EDUCATION III RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT
