TERMINAL ILLNESS OR FROM ANY DISABILITY OR DISEASE ATTRIBUTABLE TO
OLD AGE OR FROM ANY OTHER PHYSICAL OR MENTAL INFIRMITY, DISABILITY
OR DISEASE, IN THE BOROUGH OF GREAT YARMOUTH IN THE COUNTY OF
NORFOLK AND IN THE WAVENEY DISTRICT COUNCIL AREA IN THE COUNTY
OF SUFFOLK AND IN THE IMMEDIATELY SURROUNDING AREAS OF BOTH.
