3.2.1 THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN THE ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED AFRICAN COMMUNITIES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE LIVING IN UNDEVELOPED RURAL AREAS IN GHANA, BY PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY. 3.3 THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE ORGANISATION IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS
