(B) THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OROTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR BENEFICIARIES IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE SO TAT THEY MAY DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES AND GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY.
