TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER PURPOSES WHICH ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE RESIDENT IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF LEWISHAM, GREENWICH, BROMLEY AND BEXLEY AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
