Charity overview
Activities - how the charity spends its money
Abstain is a mutual aid group for people with alcohol problems. We hold meetings and carry out activities that help people to take back control of thier lives. We organise activities and days out as a group like trips to the theatre, theme parks and the like. We try also, to provide advice on the possible use of local voluntary and educational organisations.
