Charitable objects

(I) TO PROVIDE AND CO-ORDINATE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURETIME OCCUPATION FOR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, YOUNG PEOPLE IN PRESTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS WHO HAVE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES BECAUSE OF THEIR YOUTHFULNESS, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY IMPROVE THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE AND MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY; (II) TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND ANCILLARY COMMERCIAL PURPOSES AS THE COMPANY IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL FORM TIME TO TIME CONSIDER CAN BE APPROPRIATELY CARRIED ON IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN PURSUANT TO THE FIRST OBJECT MENTIONED ABOVE.
