THE OBJECTS CLAUSE OF THE ORGANISATION READS AS FOLLOWS:
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO ADVANCE ANY PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES FROM TIME TO TIME AND IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY, THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN KENYA.
