TO RELIEVE DEAF PEOPLE IN LIVING IN GREATER LONDON WHO ARE SOCIALLY ISOLATED THROUGH THE PROVISION OF AND ACCESS TO APPROPRIATE BETTER COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY WHICH WILL ENABLE THEM TO INCREASE OR MAINTAIN INDEPENDENCE BY IMPROVING THEIR ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH OTHERS THROUGH SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS AND COMMUNICATION SUPPORT
