Charitable objects
THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (OBJECTS) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A HYPERBARIC OXYGEN CHAMBER AND OTHER EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES NOT PROVIDED FROM STATUTORY FUNDS INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):- A) PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS ON HYPERBARIC OXYGEN TREATMENT AND PROMOTION OF FURTHER RESEARCH INTO THE BENEFITS OF HYPERBARIC OXYGEN THERAPY (HBOT). B) PROVISION OF HBOT TO INDIVIDUALS WHO DO NOT HAVE THE MEANS TO PAY PRIVATELY FOR SUCH TREATMENT, EITHER AT HOME OR ABROAD. C) TO MAKE AVAILABLE HBOT TO SCUBA DIVERS SUFFERING DECOMPRESSION ILLNESS WHO ARE NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE OR UK CITIZENSHIP. D) TO MAKE AVAILABLE HBOT TO INDIVIDUALS FROM GLOBAL CONFLICT AREAS WHERE NO SUCH TREATMENT EXISTS. E) TO MAKE AVAILABLE HBOT TO INDIVIDUALS SUFFERING FROM MEDICAL CONDITIONS WHICH WOULD BE TREATED BY HBOT OVERSEAS BUT IT IS DEEMED OUTSIDE OF PRIMARY CARE TRUST SCHEDULES IN THE UK. CASES WOULD INCLUDE (BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO) STROKE, CEREBRAL PALSY, AUTISM, POST TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY, RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS.
