Charitable objects

4 THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: 1) TO PROMOTE HUMAN RIGHTS (AS SET OUT IN THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND SUBSEQUENT UNITED NATIONS CONVENTIONS AND DECLARATIONS) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA. 2) TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL CARE TO THOSE IN NEED OF IT. 3) THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR CHILDREN THAT HAVE BEEN ABANDONED OR ORPHANED, CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND CHILDREN WITH TERMINAL ILLNESSES IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA. 4) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY OR SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION TREATMENT, EDUCATION AND APPROPRIATE CARE REQUIRED BY THEIR PARTICULAR CONDITION REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCE. 5) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE AND CHILDREN IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND SUPERVISION, ASSISTING IN AND DEVELOPING LONG TERM, SELFSUSTAINING PROGRAMS THAT WILL HAVE A POSITIVE AND LASTING IMPACT IN THEIR LIVES (AND THAT OF THEIR CARE GIVERS) WITH THE AIM OF PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR THE COMMUNITIES WORKING WITH THEM. 6) TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCEPTED AS CHARITABLE UNDER ENGLISH LAW) THAT THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
