THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE.IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (A)TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE LIVING IN WALTHAM FOREST; (B)TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN WALTHAM FOREST THROUGH: (I)THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS IN LIFE; (II)ADVANCEMENTS IN THEIR ACCESS TO EXTRA EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT; (III)DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO FULLY PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; AND (IV)ENGAGING YOUNG PEOPLE IN POSITIVE ACTIVITIES TO DIVERT THEM FROM CRIME, ANTI-SOCIAL OR OFFENDING BEHAVIOUR AND TO ENCOURAGE SOCIAL INCLUSION.
