(3) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDS AND SERVICES. (4) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, PARTICULARLY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
