Charitable objects
IN PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN PROVIDING AT SCHOOLS BEING ATTENDED BY CHILDREN RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE CHARITY SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF A KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AS MAY BE AGREED BETWEEN THE GOVERNORS OR MANAGERS OF THE SCHOOL CONCERNED AND THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY. AND IN PROMOTING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE CHARITY AND IF AND INSOFAR AS THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION AS AFORESAID THEN THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE SAME IN PROVIDING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE PARISH OF HAYTON EXCLUDING THE CORBY HILL WARD OF THAT PARISH.
