THE PROVISION OF A COMMUNITY YOUTH CENTRE TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE AND CHILDREN THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
