TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE IN NORTH YORKSHIRE, ESPECIALLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THOROUGH LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES, SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
