THE RELIEF OF NEED FOR PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES IN WEST LANCASHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, BY PROVIDING WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION IN OFFICE SKILLS TO HELP THEM IMPROVE THEIR CHANCES OF FINDING A WORK PLACEMENT OR EMPLOYMENT AND HELP THEM MEET THEIR OWN NEEDS.
