A) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS AND TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH DEMENTIA,THEIR CARERS AND FAMILIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE EQUIPMENT AND OTHER FACILITIES, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY AND B)TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PATIENTS WITH, AND TO ADVANCE RESEARCH INTO, SCLERODERMA DISEASE BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING WITH THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES IN THE RHEUMATOLOGY DEPARTMENT OF LEEDS TEACHING HOSPITALS NHS TRUST AND/OR SUCH OTHER MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DEEM FIT.
