To promote for the public benefit the study and teaching of the art and culture of China and the surrounding regions in particular by, but not limited to, reference to the Collection and the Study Collection (as defined in the Trust Instrument dated 1 February 2012 setting up the Scheme for governing the Charity) and to provide all necessary facilities and materials to that end.
