Activities - how the charity spends its money
Traditional Chinese Fitness runs weekly classes which provides activity for young adults who want to learn a traditional Chinese way of movement that is highly beneficial to health and wellbeing.Class sessions will consist of respiratory breathing, cardiovascular and energetic expressive movement as well as teaching people about the history, philosophy and theory of Chinese movement.
