Activities - how the charity spends its money
The Charity supports people with a dementia and their families/carers through home visits. Events and activities are also organised for persons diagnosed and their families to attend together, in order to support the maintenance of relationships and wellbeing. Dementia Friendly Community development is supported through the delivery of Dementia Friends sessions to public and organisations.
