(1) THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILY AND CARERS BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, IN PARTICULAR SURFING COURSES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS. (2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE TRAINING OF PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILY AND CARERS TO BECOME QUALIFIED SURF INSTRUCTORS.
