Charitable objects
THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (“OBJECTS”) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: (A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS AT THE SCHOOL BY PROMOTING THEIR EDUCATIONAL, RELIGIOUS, MORAL, CULTURAL, SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES OF ISLAM. (B) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE, ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR AND HELP CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES WHICH SHOULD ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. (C) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION (AND TRAINING) AND TO PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AND WELLBEING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO RUNNING EDUCATIONAL AND HEALTH WORKSHOPS FOR PARENTS AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY; (D) TO SUPPORT AND ASSIST YOUNG PUPILS FROM OTHER SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES GAIN RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS THROUGH WORK/STUDENT PLACEMENT THAT WILL ASSIST THEM LATER IN LIFE AND HENCE CONTRIBUTE BACK TO THE WORKFORCE. (E) TO RELIEVE AND ASSIST PEOPLE IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF WAR OR NATURAL DISASTER, TROUBLE, OR CATASTROPHE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL AID TO SUCH PERSONS OR FINANCIAL OR OTHER SUPPORT AS THE DIRECTORS SEE FIT; AND (E) TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES (CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS THE DIRECTORS SEE FROM TIME TO TIME.
