THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS OF PEOPLE WITHIN THE BENEFICIAL CLASS."BENEFICIAL CLASS" MEANS; 1. EMPLOYEES AND FORMER EMPLOYEES AND THEIR DEPENDANTS OF: A.ANY COMPANY WITHIN THE RBS GROUP; B.ANY FORMER CONSTITUENT BANKS ("CONSTITUENT BANKS") OF THE ROYAL BANK OR NATWEST, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND LIMITED; NATIONAL COMMERCIAL BANK OF SCOTLAND LIMITED; THE COMMERCIAL BANK OF SCOTLAND LIMITED; WILLIAMS AND GLYN'S BANK PLC; WILLIAM DEACON'S BANK LIMITED; THE NATIONAL BANK LIMITED; GLYN, MILLS & COMPANY LIMITED; DISTRICT BANK LIMITED; NATIONAL PROVINCIAL BANK LIMITED; AND 2.
