Charitable objects
1) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR CRICKET AND ASSOCIATED SPORTING ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; AND 2) TO ADVANCE YOUNG PEOPLE IN LIFE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE GAME OF CRICKET, PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
