TO HOLD AN ANNUAL ALL INCLUSIVE AMATEUR DANCE FESTIVAL FOR CHILDREN UP TO 18 YEARS OF AGE. THE MAIN PURPOSE BEING EDUCATION FOR BOTH COMPETITORS AND THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS.
