TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF WOMEN, MEN AND CHILDREN LIVING AT RISK FROM DOMESTIC ABUSE LIVING IN WALES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY: CREATING A SAFE HAVEN FOR SUCH WOMEN AND CHILDREN AND OFFERING THEM SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE; PUBLISHING A MAGAZINE WITH SUPPORTIVE ARTICLES, ADVICE AND INFORMATION FOR SUCH WOMEN AND CHILDREN; AND PROVIDING HELP AND SUPPORT FOR MEN THAT ARE LIVING AT RISK FROM DOMESTIC ABUSE.
