To keep a close watch on the condition and treatment of all buildings within the Conservation Area, Liaison with Planning Officers and Conservation Officer. To comment on all significant planning aplications in the remainder of the town. To maintain a Museum and Resource Centre. Encourage building owners/tenants to maintain buidlings in good condition Support tourism initiatives.
