The charity joined with the Conscious Ageing Trust (registered charity number 1120811) in March 2015 to launch the Dying Well Charter and Diealog Dorset and to invite opt in to the Dorset Compassionate Community Network. It was hoped to undertake further work with the health and social care sector but the charity is now inactive.
