Activities - how the charity spends its money
Gentle exercise, line dance, keep fit. These classes have helped people to become more active which leads to reduced obesity. The classes help those who come to interact with each other and learn important life skills. Two dance classes for the children again helps the children to become more active and helps with social interaction among the young people of the community.
