1.THE PROMOTION OF INTER-COMMUNITY HARMONY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY RELIGIOUS AND ETHNIC HARMONY, BY:
A.PROMOTING KNOWLEDGE AND MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN DIFFERENT COMMUNITY GROUPS;
B.ADVANCING EDUCATION AND RAISING AWARENESS ABOUT DIFFERENT COMMUNITY GROUPS TO PROMOTE GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT COMMUNITY GROUPS;
BY ORGANISING AND, WHERE APPROPRIATE, SUBSEQUENTLY PUBLISHING THE PROCEEDINGS OF DISCUSSIONS, CONFERENCES AND OTHER FORUMS ON THE CAUSES OF COMMUNITY DISHARMONY, AND ON PRACTICAL APPROACHES TO DEALING WITH SUCH DISHARMONY IN WAYS THAT ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE.
2.TO PROMOTE HUMAN RIGHTS (AS SET OUT IN THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND SUBSEQUENT UNITED NATIONS CONVENTIONS AND DECLARATIONS) THROUGHOUT THE WORLD BY SUCH MEANS AS ARE CHARITABLE INCLUDING, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
A.RESEARCH INTO HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES;
B.COMMENTING ON PROPOSED HUMAN RIGHTS LEGISLATION;
C.RAISING AWARENESS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES;
D.PROMOTING PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS;
E.PROMOTING RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS AMONG INDIVIDUALS AND CORPORATIONS;
F.INTERNATIONAL ADVOCACY OF HUMAN RIGHTS;
