Charitable objects

1) TO STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST AND APPRECIATION OF THE NATURAL BEAUTY, HISTORY AND STRUCTURE OF THE NOTTINGHAM CANAL.2) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND ADVOCATE THE MAXIMUM SUITABLE PUBLIC UTILISATION OF THE WHOLE OF THE NOTTINGHAM CANAL AND TO PROMOTE THE RESTORATION TO NAVIGATION OF THAT PART OF THE CANAL WHICH LIES BETWEEN LANGLEY MILL AND COVENTRY LANE, NOTTINGHAM.3) TO UNDERTAKE SUCH ACTIVITIES AS ARE NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE 1 & 2 ABOVE.
