The Charity's objects are to hold and manage the property for the purposes of a village hall for the use of the people of the Parish of Smisby and of the immediate vicinity without discrimination, including the use the property for meetings, etc or other forms of recreation and leisure activities to promote social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life for those people.
