TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF LEE PARK AND ITS IMMEDIATE ENVIRONS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF AGE, SEX, RACE, POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS, INSTITIUTIONS, BUSINESSES AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR HEALTH, RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPTATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
