THE OBJECT[S] OF THE CIO ARE THE RELIEF OF PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSONS IN RUGBY (IN PARTICULAR THOSE PERSONS USING RUGBY TOWN CENTRE) BY MAKING SCOOTERS AND WHEELCHAIRS AVAILABLE FOR THEIR BENEFIT AND USE. TO PROMOTE THE EQUALITY OF PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSONS PREVIOUSLY UNABLE TO ACCESS RUGBY TOWN CENTRE’S SERVICES AND FACILITIES ALONGSIDE ABLE-BODIED PERSONS BY MAKING SCOOTERS AND WHEELCHAIRS AVAILABLE FOR THEIR BENEFIT. TO PROMOTE THE SOCIAL INCLUSION OF PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSONS IN RUGBY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY ENABLING AND SUPPORTING THEIR ACCESS TO RUGBY TOWN CENTRE ALONGSIDE ABLE-BODIED PERSONS SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS AND QUALITY OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED. TO RELIEVE ALL PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSONS VISITING RUGBY REGARDLESS OF WHERE THEY LIVE BY SUPPORTING THEIR USE OF MOBILITY SCOOTERS AND WHEELCHAIRS IN THE TOWN CENTRE FOR THEIR BENEFIT.
