THE PRESERVATION OF THE LISTED BUILDINGS IN THE SPALDING AREA FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC OF SPALDING AND THE PRESERVATION OF HISTORICAL, AESTHETIC EDUCATION, ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTIONAL HERITAGE WHICH SHALL INCLUDE THE BUILDING KNOWN AS SPALDING COURT HOUSE; AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS OF SPALDING
