Urban Champions offers an intensive wrap around support service for vulnerable and hard to engage young people who are struggling or in need of additional guidance in the absence of a family network. By combining intensive practical support with life skills training, we offer young people the chance to build on their talents whilst supporting them into sustained education, training or employment.
