THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING FOR THE EDUCATION, CARE AND RECREATION OF CHILDREN AGED 5 TO 14 YEARS - MAKING FACILITIES AND SERVICES AVAILABLE TO THEM, ESPECIALLY OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS AND IN SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, WITH THE AIMS OF IMPROVING THEIR SOCIAL MOBILITY; RAISING ATTAINMENT AND ASPIRATION; AND IMPROVING THEIR LIFE CHANCES. THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BY IMPROVING THE LIFE CHANCES AND CHOICES OF CHILDREN AGED 5 TO 14 YEARS; PROVIDING FACILITIES AND SERVICES FOR THEIR BENEFIT; PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT; RAISING ATTAINMENT AND ASPIRATION; SUPPORTING THEM TO DEVELOP SKILL-SETS; AND BY PROVIDING A GREATER AWARENESS OF CAREERS OPPORTUNITIES.
