The Crypt Gallery is a small Arts venue in the town of Seaford, East Sussex. We have two galleries and an atmospheric performance space which can be rented at modest cost by individuals and organisations, and which we also use for our own community engagement projects.

Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROMOTE THE PRACTICE OF, PARTICIPATION IN AND ENJOYMENT OF THE ARTS IN THE TOWN OF SEAFORD, EAST SUSSEX, FOR THE BENEFIT OF RESIDENTS AND VISITORS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: A. ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING A SELF-FUNDING PUBLIC ARTS CENTRE FOR THE PROVISION OF LECTURES, CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, PERFORMANCES AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES, AND FOR THE EXHIBITION OF WORKS OF ART AND CRAFT; B. PROVIDING A COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMME OF WORKSHOPS AND OTHER EVENTS; AND BY C. ENABLING FREE PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE UNDERCROFT (A MEDIEVAL CRYPT AND SCHEDULED ANCIENT MONUMENT LIST ENTRY NO. 1002289) SITUATED WITHIN THE PREMISES, AND ENSURING IT IS MAINTAINED IN GOOD CONDITION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
