Charitable objects
OBJECTS THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO:
(A) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT HUMAN LIFE BY ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING A COMMUNITY BASED EMERGENCY RESPONSE ORGANISATION, BASED AROUND PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE AEDS WITH VOLUNTEERS TRAINED IN CPR AND THE USE OF AEDS.
(B) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE.
