DEVELOP NEW INNOVATIVE SERVICES THAT ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF THE CHANGING POPULATION;
PROVIDE RELATED TRAINING AND EDUCATION;
OPERATE AS TO MAXIMISE THE CHARITABLE BENEFIT OF ITS INCOME BALANCING COSTS AND VALUE GENERATION.
