THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND OTHERS IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY: 3.1 THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR ATHLETICS IN RUGBY AND NORTHAMPTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY SUPPORTING THE CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES OF RUGBY AND NORTHAMPTON AND ATHLETIC CLUB; AND 3.2 TO ENCOURAGE THE DEVELOPMENT OF ATHLETIC EVENTS AND ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF COACHES AND SAFETY AND RAISE GENERAL AWARENESS OF ATHLETIC EVENTS.
